Philippe Jousset, born in 1956, has been professionally involved with thoroughbreds since 1972. His extensive experience includes several years spent in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and North America.
Philippe Jousset has been editor-in-chief of the European oldest thoroughbred magazine Courses & Elevage for several years. Very much involved on foreign markets, he has promoted it worldwide, making it the ambassador of the French thoroughbred.
France Turf International was launched in 1982 dealing principally with South America (Brazil & Argentina) and Europe (such as England, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, etc.).
France Turf International specialises in selection of stallions for export, broodmare purchases and management for French based owner-breeders. Included in the services is advice for choice of stud farm or trainer; regular liaison with farms and racing stables; sales and racecourse attendance; race-planning; mating and breeding advice; administration for registration, payment of bills, insurance and transport, and much more. In other words: all that an owner cannot or is unable to regularly do him or herself.
